I got no 2 from 4th World.
Artist: dilemma
Tracks: robodisco/yum yum
robodisco is nicely paced stomper that rollops along with a
pleasingly fat analogue bassline and even more pleasing analogue
quirky bleeped melody. Jack-jack-jack, heavily FXed gives the psuedo
vocal. One to drop to ge them bouncing big style.
yum yum took me back to the white vinyl reflex outings by polygon
window. It defintely has a modern feel but the big bash beat sounds
a bit dated to me. Very electro though, nice production with good
spread but maintaining a bedroom feel to it.
A must if you ask me, I played it to death all summer. Havent seen
#3 at all.
